NRIs who invests in their hard earned money and cannot verify things personally, have been facilitated with different online mechanisms by which they can easily access the desired status of what is happening where ? We believe in absolute transparency while updating and providing appropriate, honest and correct information about everything related to projects whether it is construction updates, demand letters, receipts or agreements. Our construction updates could be viewed periodically online every month. We are also planning to upgrade our website in a manner so that they are able to view their statement of accounts online. We believe in responding even the minutest concern of any client who is sitting miles away. That’s how we are able to carry forward the trust of all those who have believed in us and are our loyal customers. Most of our NRI clients have invested their money in more than one project and we are sure that they will continue the repetition again with us.

Procedure of online applications for NRI`s

In order to facilitate easy bookings of properties residential or commercial for NRIs, the company has uploaded the PDF format of application forms for each project so that one could easily apply online. The information asked are easy to understand and requires to be filled in by the applicants. Along with the application one needs to provide his/her photograph, Address Proof, copy of Passport and PAN card. Incase your income is not taxable in India, a plain declaration through a mail could be sent to the marketing representative with whom the applicant is in touch with in the organization, saying that his/her income is not taxable in India. Once all these requisites are completed, the same could be sent online and the booking amount which is normally 10% of the BSP could be remitted online in the company’s account. The details of company’s bank account would be furnished by the market representative online itself. After remitting the said amount, the receipt of the remittance is required to be sent to the same market representative for records and easy transaction. Once the money gets remitted and deposited in our account, the official receipt is being issued by the company and the application for booking the property is logged in.

After we login the application for booking, all the necessary information about allotment, signing of agreements, construction updates, demand letters, receipts etc are sent regularly at the email address mentioned in the application form which is mandatory for every applicant in PCL.
