Mr. Narendrabhai Purohit

Mr. Narendra Purohit was born on 21st September, 1955, in a very humble and modest
family in Gujarat. Having finished his education, Mr. Narendra Purohit took up a
job as a teacher in Nadiad. Moving on to Ahmedabad, he realized that he was meant
for bigger things in life and took up his second job as an insurance agent with
New Life Insurance Company which earned him a lot of respect and accolades among
the people. His diligence was also rewarded with many medals and certificates of
excellence.
Beginning with small works in the construction field, he laid the stone of his first
residential apartment – Ami Apartment – in Ahmedabad. Thus, the stone was laid and
the company called Purohit Constructions was born.
Only with sheer hard work and perseverance, Mr. Narendra Purohit took the company
to being a private limited in 1990. From then, it went to become a public limited
company in the year 1994.
Roaring on the success of its developments and satisfied customers, Mr. Narendra
Purohit never looked back.
His vision, hard work and dedication to creating better life styles for people laid
the foundation of Purohit Construction, considered to be a leading real estate developer.

of difficulties in the construction business. Being a junior builder, Narendra Purohit
started his journey with ‘Ami’ apartment. Though he faced a lot of difficulties
and competition, he laid the first stone at C G Road, the main commercial hub of
Ahmedabad.
Mr. Narendra Purohit always remembers the days when he started his business with
vision, stability, commitment and quality. These four values are the pillars on
which the company has grown to be one of the leading real estate developers in Gujarat.

company. He looks after the overall day to day affairs to company and supervision
of the Board of Directors. A self made man and a successful businessman, Narendra

Mr. Saumil Purohit, a law graduate joined the Purohit Group in 2002 and has been
heading the strategic planning division of the company. He is involved in finding
new business opportunities and is a continuous source of strength and vision to
his team members who find him a source of inspiration.
Finding a source of inspiration, he has been elected as the Director in GIHED(Gujarat
Institute of Housing & Estate Developers) this achievement by MR. Saumil Purohit,has
created history in GIHED. Achieving such a prestigious position, at the age of 24
speaks volumes about his dedication and vision.

Ms. Deepkiran Purohit, an MBA with specialization in Marketing and HR, joined the
company in 2008. She heads the marketing, sales and business development division.
She is involved with all systems and handles a hard working team who successfully
achieve their targets.
